Extension of Last Date for Submission of Online Application Form for UGC– NET December 2022.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in receipt of various representations from the candidates to extend the last date for submission of online application form for UGC NET December 2022, as they could not upload the photo/documents and could not make payment of requisite application fee due to heavy rush on the last date.
Therefore, in continuation to the Public Notice dated the 29 December 2022 regarding submission of online application form for UGC-NET December 2022 for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and eligibility for Assistant Professor (AP), NTA has decided to extend the last date for submission of online application form for UGC-NET December 2022, enabling the aspiring candidate(s) to apply for the said exam.

The candidate should ensure that all information entered during the online registration process is correct. As this is the extended time period, no correction facility will be provided.
Candidates are advised to read the Information Bulletin carefully and go through the instructions regarding filling out the Online Application Form available on the UGC NET website https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/ before starting online registration.
Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.
The Candidates are also advised to keep visiting the official websites of NTA: www.nta.ac.in & https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/ for the latest updates.
